Open the email you received after your purchase and download the name change kit again. Every time you download the kit, you will be receiving the most up to date version.

I have a nifty little system that allows me to update the name change kit quite quickly, compared to the time that it would take you to go and read through all the websites and check all the forms yourself. It still takes about a day each time I do it, but I've got it down to a fine art!
I do this usually monthly, but over the years have learned when certain government departments are likely to make changes, and the quiet times of year when everything usually stays the same. If you have one of my name change kits, you can download it any time you like for up to 12 months after your purchase, every time you download it you're getting the most up to date version, which includes any updates that have happened.
I also notify everyone on the Facebook page when an update has happened, and if it is a major update (ie a brand new manual or a very new way of doing things, like when the whole process for hyphenating changed) I send out an email as well.
While I try my very best to make sure your name change kit is as up to date as possible, sometimes it's just not possible to be checking websites and forms every minute of every day and sometimes something might slip through the cracks. For example, last year, the NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages updated some of their forms the day after I checked for any updates. It was seven more days until I discovered the change, and unfortunately customers who purchased the kit and started using the forms in this seven day period were using an out of date form. In this case the NSW Registry was still accepting the old forms (most departments usually do for months) but there was an unhappy bride who didn't think this was acceptable. While I do my best, it is not feasible to be checking for changes daily, and as a customer you should know this. Also, don't forget to check for updates if there's been a lapse of time between buying the kit and using it!
Please note this is not the last time the name change kit was updated, it is just an example of the updates made between June and October 2018.
June and July are usually very busy months as government departments update their forms and procedures at the end of the financial year. There are quite a few updates this month, and I anticipate that there will be next month as well.
